We are now allowing residents to rent The Compass Event Center at Craig Ranch. 
The address of The Compass is 7225 Henneman Way, Allen, TX 75013.

 The cost is $85 per hour. A $1000 refundable deposit is required also.

This form must be filled out completely before the rental request will be approved.

To request a reservation, scroll to the bottom of this page and click the "Request to Book" button. Then select the starting time of the reservation (you will not be able to select the end time of the reservation at this point).

Once you click the "Request to Book" button, you will be prompted to complete the reservation form. Please note on that form the number of hours you are requesting to book. 

 

Clicking the "Request to Book" button does not guarantee your reservation, but it will generate an e-mail to the Association Office where a staff member will respond to confirm your date/times.
