    • All of our resale documents and questionnaires are ordered online through a third-party website.  Please visit the website www.HomeWiseDocs.com.  If you’ve never used the site before to order documents from us, you’ll have to register your email once, and then you can select the Association you’d like to order documents for, and view a sample.  Please pay attention to how you set up your profile, as different viewing/ ordering permissions are assigned to each category of representatives.   

      We have a standard questionnaire form which can be provided for $50.  You can view a sample of the standard questionnaire to see if it suffices your purposes.  If your organization requires a custom form to be completed, you will have the ability to view several approved custom bank questionnaires, or upload your own.  Custom questionnaires require more time to be completed and are charged an extra fee.  Questionnaires are paid in advance and fees for resale packets are rolled into the closing.  Rush requests for resale disclosure packages are available for a fee.   

      Please note: We have questionnaires for Craig Ranch Community Association as well as the different sub-associations or service areas available.  You will need to place the order according to which service area or sub-association the property pertains.

    • If you have a house within The Estates; The Settlement (including Settlement Townhomes and The Chateaus of the Settlement); The Retreat at Craig Ranch Condominium; and 17 Green (Grand Lodges) for sale, you will need to have a Craig Ranch Sign Frame.  Submit completed form to Deann Weeks

Living the Dream! 

I really enjoy the events that the neighborhood hosts like the swim party, it's a lot of fun and you meet new people. As a homeowner I feel like I am kept informed on neighborhood activities, changes in HOA and just "need to know" type stuff. I feel we have a strong HOA that gets things done and I feel confident I always have someone to go to should I have questions or concerns.
