THE NEXT COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, MAY 2ND, 2026.
The sales are held at individual homes. You can start your garage sale as early as you want.
CRAIG RANCH HAS 2 COMMUNITY GARAGE SALES PER YEAR - ONE IN THE SPRING AND ONE IN THE FALL.
Per the Craig Ranch Governing Documents, residents are only allowed to hold a garage sale on the days of the Community Garage Sale.
Please register so we can include your address on the list of homes participating in the sale.
Your address will also be included in a custom Google Map which will be listed on here at a later date.
The participating addresses will also be added to the "Yard Sale Treasure Map" app and the GSALR.com app. You can download these free apps onto your mobile device, and you will be able to view all garage sales in the area, including the ones in Craig Ranch.
You must also apply for a Garage Sale permit from the City of McKinney. Click the following link for more information regarding the Garage Sale permit on the City of McKinney website:
